QP Update 6.73.55 - Mtc. Release

This update resolves an issue reported by a couple of users related to the message “GUY NOT SET PROPERLY”. This message signals that all of the information for the guy wire is not set and ready for calculations.

With this update, this message should appear very rarely, if ever.

This update is to fix the warning status of attachments in a span. If one attachment in a span had a warning, there was a chance that some other attachments would be set as having a warning; even if they didn't. This impacted the messages displayed and similar items in the reports.
